All employee credentials are subjected to verification through state licensing agencies prior to hire, are placed on a three month probation and are given random drug screens to ensure a safe and effective working environment.

Training
CMHS employees receive on-site training prior to independent work, continuous on-site supervision from the Mental Health Coordinator and/or Psychiatrist, as well as site oversight (including supervision) by a Regional Manager.  As a result of our fair hiring practices, elevated pay scales and excellent benefit packages, CMHS experiences very little employee turnover.
